      I cannot truly express in words how impressed I am with Dave Anton. I was introduced to Dave by my good friend, I was living in Portugal at the time and was returning to Canada and I started my housing search from there. Dave gathered my must haves and he took the lead on my behalf. He may be a GTA realtor but don’t discount him for other areas. I ended up purchasing in Madoc, 2.5 hours northeast of the GTA and he nailed the negotiations with ease and expertise.       We truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through the journey of buying our first home. From day one, he was incredibly patient never rushing us or pushing us into anything. We ended up visiting over 40 homes, and throughout the entire process, he consistently reminded us not to settle for anything less than what we truly deserved. What really stood out was how thoughtful and thorough he was. He considered everything from the neighborhood, air quality, and overall atmosphere to the long-term health and safety of our family, especially with a one-year-old in tow.
