What really stood out was how thoughtful and thorough he was. He considered everything from the neighborhood, air quality, and overall atmosphere to the long-term health and safety of our family, especially with a one-year-old in tow. It was clear that he wasn’t just helping us find a house he was helping us find a home. His negotiation skills were next level. Not only did he secure a fantastic deal initially, but even after the inspection, he managed to negotiate an additional reduction in price something we never expected! David helped us sell our home, find a rental, and is still helping us look for a predevelopment to invest in. He has spent so much one on one time with us and has never made any of us feel like we were bothersome in any way, even though some of our requests were difficult to accommodate.
